natural and organic makes a world of difference.

this year has brought more changes to our world than anyone could have predicted. with more of us in search of solutions to help restore nature, health and a safe climate, becoming part of the organic movement this year can help make a world of difference. organic september is a global progression towards change; to bring awareness to sustainable culture that positively impacts our future.

with little skin being thinner, more permeable and far more delicate than adult skin, it is essential that you are putting only the best ingredients on your baby’s body. you need to feel safe with the products you are exposing your family to, which is where little world comes in. try a natural option, so you’re less daunted when faced with the tricky decision of skincare. there are many products on the market which claim to be ‘natural’ and ‘organic’ but unfortunately, that does not automatically make them safe for babies. little world goes the extra mile to make sure our range of baby skin care products are as safe as possible by conducting extensive research and dermatological testing. we are confident we have the best organic baby skin care products on the market.

there has been extensive research targeting individual ingredients found in toiletries, such as sodium lauryl/laureth, parabens, synthetic fragrances, colourants, dea and tea chemicals. these ‘nasties’ are harmful and can cause irritation, allergic reactions, blocked pores, toxicity to cells, hormone disruptions and some have even been linked to cancers. by boycotting these ingredients in our products, we have your family’s best interest at heart.

thankfully, there are some certification bodies which have attempted to draw the line. little world is proudly organic certified by biogro – new zealand’s largest and best known certifier for organic produce and products. ‘organic’ has been defined by the ministry of primary industries (mpi) as avoiding or excluding the use of synthetic fertilisers, pesticides, antibiotics, growth modification and irradiation. organic farms are one of the most environmentally, socially and economically sustainable methods of production. generally, “natural” means the ingredients must come from plants, flowers and mineral origins found in nature, no genetically modified (gmos) ingredients, no parabens, suflates or other harmful substances, no petrochemical ingredients.

little world strives to do the right thing - from our packaging to our products. we factor in the environment to make a world of difference!
